-8 cups arugula
-1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
-2 cups roasted squash (I used kabocha squash)
-1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
-1 cup pomegranate seeds
-1 cup Madly Hadley plant-based bacon bits
-1/2 cup roasted pecans
-balsamic dressing
